The beginning of the 2020 year is really hot in every meaning! Gorodische children’s orphanage was happy to have their Irish friends over for the New Year celebrations. Matthew Collins and his friends came for a week to be around with the boys and girls for their holiday time. As Matthew says : “It was the most splendid Gorodische trip”.

And it is indeed amazing to be around with the children during this most fabulous part of the year. And even if our Irish friends cannot come to Belarus for these celebrations, they still make dreams come true for the children, like Dean Ladrigan who helped to organize a day trip to Minsk for Unit 9 boys and Unit 11 girls to see the illuminations and the wonderful Christmas trees. Everyone enjoyed the walk and the KFC treats so much! Many thanks to everyone involved.

We are also getting ready to welcome another humanitarian aid truck from Ennistymon. But more detailed information is coming a bit later. So stay tuned and follow the news!
